If you’re more of a gooey brownies person though, this works great. Taking it out will make the brownies more gooey. Both the gluten proteins and the starches help set the cake structure. In that case, the starches from the black beans will help thicken the batter and make it creamy. But why even consider to put these beans in your brownies?
